We are incredibly proud to recognise a number of our students with Excellent Effort Certificates awarded to learners who have truly gone above and beyond in their training, commitment and professional development.
These certificates have been presented to all of our competition competitors who dedicated additional hours to preparation, attended extra training sessions and represented the college at both regional and national finals. Competing requires resilience, discipline and courage and every student who stepped forward demonstrated outstanding professionalism and determination.

A special mention goes to Abbie Evans (Level 2 Hairdressing), who has been awarded an Excellent Effort Certificate for her exceptional growth this year.
Abbie has shown remarkable improvement in both her confidence and technical ability, and her dedication has not gone unnoticed.

- Attended every pop-up evening training session
- Actively sought out and brought in her own clients
- Consistently pushed herself outside of her comfort zone
- Demonstrated a positive, professional attitude in every session
Her willingness to invest extra time into developing her skills shows real commitment to her future career in hairdressing. The progress she has made, particularly in confidence has been fantastic to see.
