We are incredibly proud to celebrate Harley Calverly, a dedicated student from our Level 3 Barbering programme here at Coleg Cambria, who has secured a place as a finalist in the prestigious Future Barber Competition.
Following a rigorous judging process after the January 25th submission deadline, Harley was selected as one of just fifteen finalists nationwide — an outstanding achievement. With an “anything goes” brief that welcomed everything from sharp traditional cuts to bold, creative modern designs and intricate patterns, the standard of entries was exceptionally high.

Harley now progresses to the final stage of the competition, where finalists must submit a fresh collection of images showcasing their skills in the hope of securing the top title.
This achievement is a true testament to Harley’s creativity, technical ability, and commitment to excellence in barbering. We couldn’t be prouder and can’t wait to see what comes next!
